Artemisia ~ March update

Boffo is pleased to keep you informed of the construction progress at Artemisia.  The project is on schedule, and we are excited about the building’s transformation.

The site was excavated last summer, and the drilling and loop installation of the geo-exchange system that will form the basis of the building’s state-of-the-art heating and cooling system has been successfully completed. 

We are now above ground!  The parking levels have been poured as well as the ground level transfer slab as seen in the photo below. 

Forms for the perimeter walls have been erected on Hornby and Helmcken from the ground level up to levels two and three.  These walls extend up to 30 feet+ in height, making for some very impressive and grandiose façades.
