Artemisia Becoming Concrete 

In downtown Vancouver at Hornby and Helmcken, construction at Artemisia is moving along well ahead of schedule. It’s always exciting to see the transformation from plan to actual as one of our buildings takes shape and takes on life. That has never been more true than here at this prominent site where a highly distinctive concrete midrise is enhancing the urban environment.

Work in Progress

The concrete slabs have been poured to level 6, and the parking level is progressing with ductwork installation, electrical, lighting, concrete block work, and wall finishing all underway. Window openings (some almost 30 feet tall!) are being measured and installation will commence in the next couple of weeks.

 Ahead of the Curve
