S&F Construction Update – Market Tower Topped Off!

We have reached an exciting construction milestone – the Smith & Farrow market tower is officially topped off!

The rooftop amenity floor (level 46) was poured last month, as the crew moved on to the mechanical room, sloped roof and elevator machine room to complete the structure. This was a huge accomplishment for our team and was celebrated last week by over 400 trades and site crews! We can now shift our primary focus to continuing the interior finishings throughout the tower.
